These Terms & Conditions apply to Marcus Aurelius: Your Stoic Counsel (the "Application"). The Application is operated independently by its developer ("we," "us," or "Service Provider").

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Application.

Use of the Application

The Application provides AI-generated philosophical and reflective content for informational and educational purposes only. It does not provide medical, psychological, legal, financial, or professional advice.

Age Requirement

The Application is not intended for anyone under 18 or under the age of majority where you live (whichever is higher). If you do not meet that requirement, do not use the Service.

Free and Paid Features

The Application includes both free and paid features, including subscription features. We do not store payment card details.

Refund Policy

Refund window: 7 days

If you purchase a subscription to Aurelius Guide, you may request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.

To request a refund, email spartanmindstatebusiness@gmail.com and include the email address used at checkout and the purchase date.

If your refund is approved, the payment will be returned to the original payment method.

User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Application. By submitting content, you grant us permission to store and process such content solely to operate, maintain, and improve the Application and its features.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Application to break the law, infringe others' rights, send spam or malicious code, probe/attack systems, or generate or distribute abusive, hateful, or illegal content. We may remove content, suspend, or terminate access for violations or suspected abuse.

No Sensitive Data

Do not input sensitive personal data (e.g., government IDs, health, financial account numbers, children's data, or other regulated information). If you submit such data, you do so at your own risk and we may delete it.

AI Output Disclaimer

The Application uses AI-generated content that may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for how you use it. Do not rely on it for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions.

Third-Party Services

The Application relies on third-party services for authentication, payments, data storage, and AI response generation. We are not responsible for service interruptions, errors, or outages caused by these third-party providers.

Takedown & Enforcement

We may remove content and disable accounts that violate these Terms. Report abuse to spartanmindstatebusiness@gmail.com.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the Application. The Application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.
